At MK@Waterway
It's been more than a year since I wrote on this blog––I do apologise! I tend to update Instagram and Facebook more, so I hope you follow me there. But to reward those of you who actually drop by my blog, let me give you a quick summary on what's been happening, and what's to come:
In December 2023, I celebrated my 10th anniversary as a children's author. Wow, I had no idea I'd still be doing this after 10 years. And I'm still learning every day.
I still give school talks. Recently I gave a talk to MOE Kindergarten @Waterway ... to parents! Unusual audience for me. It was about how to raise readers.
I have two titles... no wait... four titles, coming out this year. Two are actually translations of existing titles. The other two truly new ones contain messages that I've not tackled before. I can share that one of the titles is The Emperor's Gazillion New Toys and is part of a series called Once Upon A Green World... on you guessed it, environmental sustainability. After a period of not publishing new things, it's with some amazement that I have four titles coming out this year!

I really would like to get started on writing a children's chapter book series and hope to knock out a draft by the end of the year.
